Plank is one of the best exercises to reduce obesity. It looks very easy but it is a very difficult exercise. You can do it at home anytime. Keep in mind that never do plank after eating food. Obesity will leave your body within a few days of doing plank.
Do plank exercise in these ways
Plank: Place your hands shoulder-width apart parallel to the shoulders. Place your toes on the floor and squeeze your buttocks to stabilize your posture (do not lock or hyperextend your knees). Look down at the floor, your head should be straight in line with your back. Hold your breath for 20 seconds.
Side Plank: Side plank maintains your fitness. Side plank depends on your core strength. For beginners, it is good to aim for 15 seconds, which can be increased to 30 seconds. As you get stronger, this can be increased to 1-2 minutes.
