Complications due to prolapse of the uterus:

According to health experts, the uterus is located between the bladder and the rectum. These two organs face the most problems when the uterus slips out. Due to this, problems like constipation, difficulty in urinating, urine leakage while laughing, coughing and jumping, heaviness near the vagina below the stomach, difficulty in sitting down and pain can occur.

why does the uterus slip out:

According to health experts, there can be not just one but many reasons for uterine prolapse. These include factors like aging, weakening of the body, giving birth to children and menopause. As age increases, the lower part of the body starts weakening. The muscles of the pelvic area, legs and back become weak, due to which the uterus starts slipping out.

Measures to prevent prolapse of the uterus:

1. According to health experts, many women’s hips rise up from the back and they appear bent forward. This posture can weaken the uterus area, so maintain the correct posture.

2. Doing squats exercise helps in correcting the posture.

3. You can strengthen the uterus with Kegel exercise. Sit in one place and spread your legs to open the pelvic area. Doing this 10 times daily will strengthen the uterus.

4. Do not put pressure on your body while sitting in the washroom. This affects the uterus. Keep your posture correct.

5. Do strength training and cycling to strengthen the uterus.

6. Follow a healthy diet; eat amla, mulberry, and cranberry.

7. Take at least 20 minutes of sleep every day in the afternoon and give rest to the body.
