Vivo V50 can be launched in India on this date.

New Delhi. Chinese smartphone maker Vivo is going to launch a new smartphone in India – Vivo V50. However, its name may be different. But Vivo has given confirmation to the device about launch in India. Just the date is not confirmed yet. The company has not told the correct date of launch, but in a teaser poster, it said that there are 17 days left in the launch of Vivo V50. This poster was released on 1 February 2025. In this way, now we can expect that the launch can happen on 18 February 2025.

Vivo’s V50 may be a rebranded or slightly different version of Vivo S20. It has been launched in China at the end of 2024. The Vivo V50 is believed to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED micro-quad curved display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. The device will run on Android 15 based on Funtouch OS 15. How will the features be
Looking at the poster, one thing has been confirmed that Vivo V50 will come with Zeiss Tund camera system. This is the thing that Vivo kept in its premium X series device. The device is also expected to have an IP68 and IP69 rating with in-screen fingerprint sensors. According to media reports, Vivo V50 can get LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC.

The device can have a large 6000mAh battery with 80W fast-charging support. The front may have a 50MP sensor in the front with auto-focus support. As far as the price is concerned, the price of the device is likely to be Rs 37,999 (entry-level point for base variants).
