Prayagraj: A shocking case has come to light from Prayagraj in UP. On Sunday, some youths allegedly climbed with saffron flags at a gate of a dargah located in Sikandra under Bahria police station in Ganga Nagar of the district and started shouting slogans. The officers provided this information. The incident took place in many areas of Prayagraj amidst taking out a procession of Ramnavami.

Officials said that the police immediately reached the spot and removed the youths from the dargah of Ghazi Mian. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Ganga Nagar) Kuldeep Singh Gunwat said that there are five mausoleums in this dargah and Hindu and Muslim devotees come here to offer chadar.

He said that on Sunday, some youths shouted slogans waving religious flag at the dargah and these youths were immediately stopped and removed by the police stationed on the spot. According to him, legal action is being ensured by investigating this matter.

Gunavat said that peace system is maintained on the spot and departmental action is being taken against the policemen who are negligent in this case. He informed that strict action will be ensured against the youth who disturbed peace.
