Ingredients to make Ragi Chilla:
To make cheela, take about 1 cup of ragi flour. Add 3/4 cup curd to it. Take about 3/4 cup finely chopped vegetables of your choice, lukewarm water to mix and keep seasoning as per your choice.
Recipe of Ragi Chilla:
First step: First of all, sift the ragi flour lightly and put it in a bowl. Now add curd to it and mix both the things. Now mix all your favorite finely chopped vegetables. You can add onion, capsicum, carrot, coriander leaves to cheela.
Second step: Now prepare the batter for cheela by adding lukewarm water little by little. You can make a batter like gram flour cheela or uttapam for this. Place a pan on the gas and apply oil on it thoroughly. Now pour some ragi cheela batter on the pan and spread it.
Third step: Cook the ragi cheela on medium flame from both the sides, turning well. Let the cheela get cooked thoroughly from the bottom first and then flip it. This will make it easier to turn the cheela. Ragi cheela is ready. You can eat it with green amla chutney, sauce or any other favorite chutney.
