Vrindavan: Spiritual Guru Premanand Ji Maharaj has been a victim of deep fake. Nowadays many of his videos are going viral on social media, in which his voice and teachings are being used in a desired manner. In these videos, the voice of Premanand Ji Maharaj is shown selling the puja-granar goods or promoting any business activity and is being said to be beneficial to him.
Ashram objected
The viral deep fake videos have been objected to by Premanand Maharaj. His ashram Shreehit Radha Kali Kunj Parikar has warned such people by giving a notice not to do such an act. Do not make such videos. Nor share it. The ashram says to maintain the dignity of Premanand Maharaj.
Shri Hit Radha Kali Kunj Parikar Sridham said, ‘You all have to inform and caution that at present many people are converting the voice and teachings of Pujya Gurudev Shri Hit Premanand Govind Sharan Ji Maharaj to other languages through Artificial Intelligence (AI) or presenting arbitrary on social media platforms, which is against all dignity and law. Therefore, pray and request to all of you that the dignity of the speech of Pujya Maharaj ji remains in his basic language style, so do not make such videos, or support or share anywhere, or not share anywhere.
Significantly, Swami Premanand has a lot of reputation in the society. Crores of people listen to his speech and his teachings and the lives of millions have also improved. It is extremely condemnable to change their teachings through AI.
