Jaya Bachchan further said, ‘Sholay was released in 1975 and was shown in theaters for 5 consecutive years, which shows its popularity. On this occasion, I request the government to release postage stamps on these films on the 50th anniversary of these films. This initiative will work to bridge the distance between generations and show the importance of preserving the heritage of Indian cinema. Special demand between special screening of ‘Chhava’
