In the last three years, more than 30 crore people have registered on the e-Shram portal.
The government said in the Lok Sabha on Monday that more than 30 crore laborers have registered on the e-Shram portal in the last three years and the number of laborers registered with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization has also increased. Answering supplementary questions during Question Hour, Union Minister Pankaj Chaudhary said that more than 30 crore laborers have registered on the e-Shram portal in the last three years. He also said that 15.84 crore people had registered in 2014-15, but this number has increased to more than 29 crore in 2023-24.

Finance Minister praised the country’s constitution
Speaking during the discussion on the Constitution in the Rajya Sabha, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that after the Second World War, more than 50 countries became independent and their constitutions were written, but many countries have changed their constitution, but our constitution is still strong. It has undergone many modifications, but it is still going strong after a lot of time.
