Openai and his lawyer did not answer the request sent for comment about this. India has become the second largest market in terms of number of users for Chatgpt. Openai has reported that the number of its users in the country has almost been almost tripled last year. In a meeting with IT minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, Altman was praised by AI’s rapid increase in the country. He had said that Openai is ready to help all three. Prior to India, Altman traveled to South Korea and Japan. Openai also had a big deal with Softbank Group in Japan.
