AFC Asian Cup 2031 may host India’s hands. Actually, 7 dialects have been received for hosting this tournament including India, it also has a joint dialect. The All India Football Federation has officially presented its bid for the host of the AFC Asian Cup 2031.
At the meeting of the AFC Executive Committee in Kuala Lumpur, AFC President Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim has confirmed that 7 bids including a joint bid have been received after an invitation sent to the member associations on 27 November 2024. The last date for performing was March 31, 2025.
Apart from India, Australia, Indonesia, South Korea, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates and Kigistan have presented bids. There are joint bids of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Sheikh Salman appreciated the unprecedented interest and credited it to the growing stature of the tournament, especially after a record -breaking 2023 season in Qatar, with 7.9 billion digital impressions and global audiences in 160 areas.

At the same time, AFC will interact with all the unions who bid. A workshop will be held at the end of the Afrail month for this conversation. Who will be the host? The final decision on this will be in 2026. AIFF is a strong contender to host it.
