Ingredients to make Bhelpuri:
Puffed rice – one cup, finely chopped onion – 1, finely chopped tomato – 2, boiled potatoes – 1, green coriander chutney – 2 spoons, tamarind chutney – 2 spoons, green coriander, one finely chopped green chilli, one spoon chaat masala, One spoon lemon juice, few pieces of raw mango, sev – half cup, chana dal masala – 1 tablespoon, salt as per taste
Method to make Bhelpuri:

First step: To make Bhelpuri, first cut onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander leaves into fine pieces. After this, boil a potato and peel it and cut it into small pieces.

Second step: Now put puffed rice in a deep vessel and then add finely chopped onion, potato, tomato, green chilli and green coriander leaves and mix well. After mixing everything well, add green coriander and tamarind chutney and mix them well with the help of a spoon.

Third step: After this, add chaat masala, lemon juice, mustard oil and salt as per taste in Bhel. Finally add sev and mix everything properly. Now put the bhel in a serving plate and garnish it with papdi, raw mango pieces, sev, green coriander and serve.
