Two groups of 10-10 were formed. One group slept in light light one night and the next night in bright light. The second group slept in light light for two nights.

What came to know in study

The result of this study showed that insulin resistance had increased in the morning in those who used to sleep in the bright light, that is, their body found it difficult to control the blood sugar level, those who slept in brown light, their deep sleep and REM was less of sleep, the heart rate was high and there were evidence of more activity of the nerve system. High nerve system activity was associated with insulin resistance.

What connection to bedroom light diseases

The body’s circadian rhythm (body clock) needs darkness to function properly. If the lights in the bedroom persist while sleeping, then it can spoil the hormonal balance of the body and it has a negative effect on blood sugar, blood pressure and heartbeat.

According to the study, insulin resistance increases due to exposure to light at night, which increases the risk of diabetes. Those who keep light light at bedtime at night are more at risk of high blood pressure and heart disease. During sleep, the light slows down metabolism, which can increase weight.

Make the habit of sleeping completely in the dark.

If it is not possible to close the light completely, use a dim light or sleep mask.

Stay away from the screen of mobile, TV and laptop 1 hour before bedtime.
