How to make Amla juice at home

First step- First of all, take fresh gooseberry, according to the amount of juice you want to make, you can take more or more amla. In about 4-5 gooseberry, 1 big cup of juice is easily ready.

Second step- Wash the gooseberry thoroughly. Now put amla in the jar of the grinder. Add a little black salt, 1 pinch of black pepper and 1 piece of ginger to the gooseberry. Now add half a cup of water and rotate it in the grinder. When the gooseberry becomes fine, add 1 cup of water to it.

Third step- Now put the gooseberry in a sieve or a cloth and filter it. All the juice will come out. It is ready to drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Amla juice on an empty stomach looks the most tasty.
