Bihar government decided to give a reward of Rs 10 lakh to every player of the Indian women’s hockey team. In the statement issued after the final match, it was said that each player of the team will get Rs 10 lakh for her excellent performance during the tournament. Head coach Harendra Singh will get Rs 10 lakh, while other support staff will also get Rs 5 lakh each.
