Wabetainfo has shared a report about this upcoming feature of WhatsApp Business. The company has started testing this feature and for this Contact Notes has started being rolled out to beta users. According to Wabetainfo, this feature has been seen on Android 2.24.15.6 beta update on Google Play Store.
Wabetainfo has also shared a screenshot of the Contact Notes feature. The screenshot shows that a new Notes section has now been added to the contact window of WhatsApp Business. There will also be an option to edit and delete the notes.
