Google released a new feature for iPhone users.

Google has now added a new feature for iOS devices which is going to be very useful for millions of users. Actually, the company has now globally rolled out live speedometer and speed limit display for iPhone and Apple CarPlay.
Let us tell you that Google launched this feature for Android users five years ago i.e. in 2019 itself. The company first introduced this feature in some selected markets in 2019, but later it was released for more than 40 countries. However, after a long wait of 5 years, the company has released it for iPhone users.
Google has integrated live speedometer and speed limit with its maps. This is going to be very convenient for millions of users who drive. This new feature of Google is available for iPhone users with iOS version 6.123.0 update. To access the new feature, iPhone and Car Play users will just have to open Google Maps on their iPhone.
How to use the speed limit feature on Google Maps
- First of all, open Google Maps on your device.
- Now click on your profile photo visible on the corner of the screen.
- Now you have to go to the settings option from the menu.
- In the Settings menu, search for the Navigation and Driving option and click on it.
- Now you will be redirected to different pages.
- Now you need to look for the Speedometer/Speed Limit toggle and enable it.
- Once the toggle is enabled, the speed limit feature will appear as a round floating icon at the bottom left corner of the navigation screen.
