After Sheikh Hasina’s resignation, the Bangladesh Army Chief Waker Uz Zaman has made a big announcement. He has said that we will form an interim government and the interim government will run the country for the time being. Apart from this, the Army Chief has also called a meeting of all the parties.

The Army Chief Waker Uz Zaman has said that we have talked to all the parties. The demands of the protesters will be considered. The Army Chief has also confirmed the resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Bangladesh Army Chief said this in a press conference

Bangladesh Army Chief Waker Uz Zaman said in a press conference, ‘Representatives of main political parties were present in the discussion with the army. Students are requested to remain calm and go back home. There is no need for curfew or any emergency in the country, we will find a solution to the crisis by tonight. PM Sheikh Hasina has resigned. The interim government will run the country.’

The situation in Bangladesh is continuously worsening. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has left Dhaka amid the ongoing violence in Bangladesh. Hasina has left for a safe place. Meanwhile, a large number of protesters have entered the Prime Minister’s residence in Dhaka.

The protesters have also occupied several important roads. The internet has been completely shut down. Meanwhile, workers of the main opposition party BNP have come out on the streets in large numbers, who are targeting workers of the ruling Awami League.

In Bangladesh, clashes have broken out between protesters and Hasina’s supporters in different parts of the country. Protesters have entered the Prime Minister’s residence. More than 300 people have died in these clashes. The clashes took place on Sunday morning when the protesters arrived to participate in the ‘non-cooperation program’ organized under the banner of ‘Students Against Discrimination’. Awami League, Chhatra League and Jubo League activists opposed them, after which clashes broke out between the two sides.

Meanwhile, the army has been deployed across the country, including the capital Dhaka. Police have been removed from the streets.
