There, millet and gram flour roti is eaten with garlic red chilli chutney. Apart from this, when chutney is eaten with pakodas, parathas and puri, its taste increases double. So let us tell you today how to easily make the recipe of chilli garlic red chutney in Rajasthani style?

Ingredients for making garlic chutney: garlic chutney recipe

20-25 cloves of garlic, 2 teaspoons red chilli, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, oil, a pinch of turmeric, water – 1 cup, half teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon mustard, one teaspoon lemon juice, salt as per taste, Kasuri fenugreek, green coriander leaves.

  • First step: To make the tangy flavored chutney of red chilli and garlic, first crush 20-25 garlic cloves thoroughly. Now take a big bowl and add grated garlic into it. Now add 2 teaspoons red chilli, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, a pinch of turmeric and salt as per taste. Mix them well and then add a cup of water to it.

  • Second step: Now turn on the gas, place a pan on it and add 2 spoons of oil in it. When the oil gets hot, temper it with half teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon mustard and then add garlic paste in it and add one cup of water and cook it for boiling on medium flame. When it starts boiling lightly, turn off the gas and wait for it to cool down.

  • Third step: Finally, turn off the gas and add lemon juice, Kasuri fenugreek and green coriander. Garlic chutney to be eaten with millet roti, gram flour roti and Rajasthani dal baati is ready.
