Many users also complained on social media about UPI’s service down. During this time, users who used payment apps like Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm had a lot of problems. For 12.30 minutes more than 1800 users complained about the shutdown of Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, SBI to take digital service.
