Why the amendment in Waqf-Alle-Alad

The new Waqf bill has made some provisions about Waqf Alal Aulad, so that its misuse can be prevented and financially protection of women and weaker sections. According to the new bill, it will be necessary to give a share of their heritage to women such as women, widows, daughters or orphans before making Waqf-Alled. It can also be understood that if a person has assets of 10 lakhs and wants to give it to Waqf-Alle-Aulad, then first accept his daughter, it will be mandatory to give 2 lakhs. After this, a Waqf of 8 lakhs will be made.
