It so happened that the SHO of Delhi Police had stopped a young man riding a bike for checking, which proved to be a costly affair for him. This enraged the young man. First he called his father to the spot. After this both of them together scolded the SHO. When a constable present at the spot tried to intervene, the accused beat him up too. This is the whole matter
The matter is such that Inspector Narpal Singh is in-charge of Jamia Nagar police station. He was patrolling with his team on October 26 at 8:45 pm. During that time he saw a Bullet motorcycle making a loud noise. This bike was being driven by 24 year old Asif and he was going from Kabaristan Chowk towards Zakir Nagar Market. Investigation revealed that the silencer of the bike was modified, which is illegal. Because of this the bike was making more noise than the prescribed limit. Due to this the Motor Vehicle Act was being violated.
When the police interrupted, the young man got angry
It is being told that due to violation of Motor Vehicle Act, police started legal action against Asif. After this he called his father Riazuddin to the spot. Father and son together tried to snatch the bike from the policemen. After this, he threatened the police and said that the matter should be ended here, otherwise it would not be right.

Started fighting with SHO
Seeing the dispute escalating, SHO Narpal Singh reached the spot. When they tried to convince Asif and Riazuddin, both of them started fighting with the station in-charge. Riazuddin caught hold of the SHO and Asif punched him in the eye. During this, when constable Ramkesh tried to stop the accused, he was also beaten and injured. After getting information about the case, the police team reached the spot and arrested both the accused. Meanwhile, SHO Narpal Singh and constable Ramkesh were admitted to the hospital.
