Updated Royal Enfield Classic 350 to be launched on August 12: Will get new features with LED lighting setup, will compete with Honda CB350 and Jawa 42

Royal Enfield Classic 350:

Royal Enfield is going to launch the updated version of its most popular motorcycle Classic 350 in Mumbai on August 12. The new generation model of the company’s best-selling Classic bike will get feature updates.

The price of the motorcycle will be higher than the current model. Currently, it comes between Rs 1.93-2.25 lakh (ex-showroom). In the Indian market, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 competes with the Honda CB350 and Jawa 350.

The new generation Classic 350 will get LED lighting setup
The biggest update in the new Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be found in its lighting setup. This includes LED headlights, LED tail lights and LED turn indicators.

Apart from this, the bike can also get the latest instrument cluster, new switchgear and new color options. There may be slight changes in the fuel tank and side body panels of the motorcycle. Apart from this, the option of alloy wheels and tubeless tires with ABS can be given.

New-Royal Enfield Classic 350: Performance
No mechanical changes are expected in this new generation Royal Enfield bike . The bike comes with a 349cc air/oil-cooled single-cylinder engine from the J-series, which is also found in the company’s Bullet 350 and Hunter 350. This engine generates a maximum power of 20.17hp and a maximum torque of 27Nm. Talking about the transmission, the engine has been tuned with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Royal Enfield Classic 350: Features and Hardware
The bike has twin downtube frame telescopic forks at the front and twin rear shock absorbers for a comfortable ride. It gets 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheels, which have tubed tyres.

Talking about the braking system, the mid and top variants of the bike get 300mm front and 270mm rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. The base variant has drum brakes at the rear with single-channel ABS.

Talking about the features, the new generation Classic can get a new digital instrument cluster with USB charging port, analog speedometer, fuel gauge and a service reminder. Like other models, all accessories and customization options will be available with this updated new generation Royal Enfield bike machine.
