Aaj Tak Fact Check found that this video is incomplete and edited. In this 1998 speech, Mulayam Singh Yadav was repeating the BJP’s allegations against the SP. After this statement, he also denied these allegations, but that part has been removed from this video.

It is said here that this is a video of the Lok Sabha proceedings on 27 March 1998. At that time Mulayam Singh Yadav was in opposition and was giving a speech in the House on the motion of confidence brought by Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
