Oats 1 cup, 3 tablespoons gram flour, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chillies, 2 garlic buds, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of maggi masala, salt as per taste
Method of making oats cheela:
First step: To make oats cheela, first grind the oats and remove it in a battle. Now add 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chillies, 2 garlic in the mixer jar and grind them very finely. Now then add this mixture to the oats and mix well. Now add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of Maggi masala, 3 tablespoons gram flour and salt as per taste. Now keep this paste covered for 10 minutes.
Second step: Now turn on the gas and put a pan on it. When the word is hot, apply light oil on it. After that take a paste with the help of karchhi and put it on the pan. Now cook the cheela from both sides. Your delicious hot cheela is ready, eat it with chutney.
