Bandhe said that during the continuous years spent preparing for the CGPSC exam, I had to choose the job of a peon because it was needed to help the family financially. But along with this I also continued preparing for the State Civil Services Examination. When he was asked whether he felt uncomfortable working as a peon, he said that no job is big or small, because every post has its own dignity. Be it a peon or a deputy collector, in every job one has to work with honesty and full responsibility.
