Pineapple sauce

2 cups of pieces of 2 cups, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Make pineapple chutney like this:

  • First step: To make it, first of all, add chopped pineapple in a pan. Then add salt, chili powder, roasted cumin powder, curry leaves, vinegar and shakkar to it.

  • Second step: After this, cover all these things and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Now remove the lid and cook well until the sugar syrup is made.

  • Third step: When the syrup is formed, apply a light coat on the pineapple. Now your sour-sweet pineapple sauce is ready. Then you serve it with hot gram flour or moongdal cheela.
