If the police is not satisfied with the reply, then they may be arrested. On the other hand, Burke’s house is also under threat of bulldozer action. Burke has been accused of building a house without passing a map. His house is in the Deepasarai area of Sambhal, which was measured a day earlier. When Burke’s house was being abused in Sambhal, the force was called there more than Napai’s team. Police personnel were ready to protect the officers who were published outside the house inside the house.
Bulldozer can run on Burke’s house
The 25 -member PWD team measured Burke’s house. During this time a 30 -member team of police was present in the entire area. Two AE and 3 JE napped Burke’s house. The team of PWD officers worked as a napai for about 40 minutes. The new house built by Burke is one and a half to two years old and this house is built without a map. Before Napai, Burke has been called three notices and 15 times in the case so far. But despite this, he has not yet submitted any paper in this regard.
If the accusations on Burke are proved to be true …
Burke is alleged to not take permission from the regulated area for new construction in the house. They were building such a large house without a map. While Burke claims that this house is not in his name, but he has not been able to provide proof of this yet. The house has been investigated, a report will be prepared and submitted to the SDM. The case will be heard in the SDM court on April 5 and only after that the bulldozer action will be decided. It is not only a matter of bulldozer action in the illegal house case, if these allegations are proved to be true, then the trouble can be big for Burke.
Burke’s fan can also be in danger
Burke is accused of building a house without passing a map which is a violation of the Regulation of Building Operation Act. And if the house of Burke is made against the rule, then it can be a bulldozer action and if the allegations are proved, then their sister -in -law may also be in danger. So Burke is trying his best to save himself. Seeing stuck in the case, they are now claiming not to have a house in their own name.
Burkes are applying that the house work was done during the time of grandfather Shafiqurrahman Rahman Rehman Burke. Therefore, Mamalukurrahman Rahman, father of Ziaurrahman Burke, should be made a party. Mamalukurrahman Burke has also applied for making himself a heir. It has been rejected by SDM.
