Samsung is preparing to launch its cheapest 5G smartphone soon. The South Korean smartphone brand has taken this big decision amid its declining market share. Samsung has taken this new step amid the challenge from Chinese smartphone brands. This cheap phone of Samsung has been seen on many certification websites. This Samsung phone can be introduced in the Samsung Galaxy A0X series.

Samsung has so far launched only 4G phones in its cheap smartphone series. The company has introduced Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A06 phones this year. Both these smartphones come with 4G connectivity and are equipped with MediaTek Helio G85 processor. Samsung is now preparing to launch 5G phones in this series. It can be launched in the name of Samsung Galaxy A06 5G. This will be the first phone of this series, which will support 5G connectivity.

According to the report of Gizmochina, this phone has been listed in the GSMA database with model numbers SM-A066B/DS and SM-A066M/DS. The features of this Samsung phone can be like Galaxy A06 4G phone. There will be no major change in the design of the phone. Samsung is only going to make changes in the processor of this phone.

At present, no official announcement has been made by Samsung regarding its cheapest 5G smartphone, but the company is now going to focus more on the budget segment than before. Details of any feature of this phone have not been revealed yet. Galaxy A06 4G has a large 6.7-inch display, which supports 90Hz refresh rate. The same display can be given in its 5G variant also.

This phone can come with MediaTek/Exynos 5G processor. It can have the option of 4GB/6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. A 50MP main and a secondary camera can be found in this Samsung phone. It will be provided with an 8MP camera for selfie and video calling. This phone will come with 5000mAh battery and 25W USB Type C charging feature.
