  • To make kachori, first knead the dough. For this, crush 1 teaspoon of celery in 2 cups flour. Add about 4 teaspoons of oil to it. Now knead soft dough with lukewarm water. Now cover the dough with a cloth and keep it to be set.

  • Soak 250 grams of urad dal in water for 2-3 hours for stuffing. Remove all the water of the lentils and grind it coarsely. Fry 2 teaspoons of whole coriander, 1 teaspoon of fennel, 1 teaspoon cumin and 2 whole dry red chili in a pan. When cooled, grind them and make powder.

  • Add 4 teaspoons of mustard oil to a pan or pan. Add 1 pinch of asafetida, 1 teaspoon chopped ginger, 4 finely chopped green chili and fry it. Now add ground urad dal and fry in spices.

  • When the paste of urad dal is roasted and it starts to dry lightly, add ground roast masala to it. Now add 1 teaspoon turmeric chili powder and salt as per taste. The lentils have to be roasted until they are completely dry. Mix finely chopped coriander on top.

  • Now mash the prepared dough and make dough. Roll out the dough lightly and stop it by keeping the dal in it. Now prepare the kachori by increasing it lightly with the palm and heat the oil in a pan to fry the kachori.

  • Add prepared kachori to the oil and let the kachoris fry on a very low flame. When the color of the kachori starts to become light brown and take it out, then take it out. The hot crispy kachori is ready. You should eat them with asafetida potato vegetable.

  • You can easily eat these kachoris for a full 10-15 days. You can also eat crispy kachori with green or red chutney. These crispy kachoris look delicious even with tea. You must try this recipe.
