Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday expressed confidence that the ruling Mahayuti will return to power. He on Sunday released the BJP’s manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections in Maharashtra and also revealed who will be the next CM of Mahayuti in Maharashtra. Amit Shah said that the decision on the name of the Chief Minister’s face will be taken by the alliance partners only after the elections are over. Shah said, “At present Eknath Shinde is the Chief Minister. After the elections, the three alliance partners will decide on the Chief Minister.”
Amit Shah said a big thing
Amit Shah said that both Shiv Sena and NCP parted ways because Uddhav Thackeray gave preference to his son over Eknath Shinde, while Sharad Pawar gave preference to his daughter over Ajit Pawar. “These parties gave priority to their family members and the parties broke down. Now they blame BJP without any reason,” he said.
Let us tell you that the grand alliance includes BJP, Shiv Sena faction of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and NCP faction led by Ajit Pawar. Amit Shah said all three alliance partners have released their manifestos and a committee of ministers will be set up after the elections to ensure that the poll promises are fulfilled. Amit Shah said that BJP is against “family-based politics”.
Rejected Congress’s allegations
He rejected Congress’s allegations that BJP wants to weaken reservation. He said, “It is the Modi government that gave reservation to OBCs. In fact, we strengthen the reservation.” Shah also targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, saying that Gandhi’s efforts with the Constitution have been ‘exposed’ after the book allegedly written by him had blank pages. “He has now become a laughing stock,” Shah said.
