Hindus are protesting against fake cases

The Hindus of Bangladesh are unitedly protesting against the fake cases being imposed by the Mohammad Yunus government. Thousands of Hindus gathered at Cherni Bazaar intersection located in Chittagong of the country and raised their voice for their rights. He has demanded from the interim government that the atrocities on Hindus should be stopped. Muslim fundamentalists have been targeting Hindu temples and their programs since August 5, but Yunus’s government has failed to stop these attacks. On the contrary, this government has now started cases against Hindu religious leaders.

Case registered against 19 Hindu leaders, 2 arrested

The Yunus government of Bangladesh has so far registered cases against 19 Hindu leaders and 2 of them have also been arrested. The leaders against whom the case has been filed also include Hindu religious leader Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari. He is vocal against the atrocities on minorities in Bangladesh. All of them have been accused of hoisting the saffron flag above the national flag of Bangladesh during a demonstration in Chittagong on October 25. Bangladesh Sanatan Jagran Manch leader Chinmoy Krishna Das has been at the forefront of protests against attacks on Hindus since the overthrow of Sheikh Hasina government on August 5.

Chinmay had given a direct challenge to the fundamentalists

Let us tell you that on October 25, Hindus had held a big meeting in Chittagong, in which Chinmoy Krishna had given a direct challenge to the fundamentalists. After the treason case was filed against him, Chinmay said that his movement is not against any country, government or party, he just wants that the people of Bangladesh including Hindus and other minority communities should be protected. Chinmay is also associated with the ISKCON organization, hence people associated with ISKCON in India have expressed concern. ISKCON Vice President Radharaman Das said that Hindus are being tortured in Bangladesh. Now it remains to be seen whether the Bangladesh government takes some steps within 72 hours or the Hindus intensify their agitation.
