- There is a complete ban on bursting of firecrackers in Delhi till January 1, 2025. In such a situation, if you burst firecrackers anytime between this Diwali or January 1, 2025, then appropriate action can be taken against you. In this, you can be fined Rs 200 or you can be jailed for up to 6 months.
