The war of words has intensified between senior leaders of Congress and BJP in Madhya Pradesh. Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh has called Union Minister and BJP leader Jyotiraditya Scindia a ‘child’. Let us tell you that earlier Jyotiraditya Scindia had said that Digvijay Singh has spent his entire life targeting my father and Madhavrao Scindia. Let us know why this war of words is taking place between the two leaders.

Why is the war of words happening?

In fact, last month Digvijay Singh had written a letter to PM Modi demanding an investigation into corruption in the Madhya Pradesh Transport Department by a High Court judge. This matter came to light after the Lokayukta raid on Saurabh Sharma, a former constable of the Transport Department in Madhya Pradesh. Digvijay Singh had claimed that the then Congress CM Kamal Nath was under pressure to appoint a leader considered close to Scindia as the Transport Minister.

What is the whole matter?

Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh said on Monday – “He, late leader Arjun Singh, brought Madhavrao Scindia to the Congress and introduced him to Sanjay Gandhi and Indira Gandhi. Late Madhavrao Scindia got full respect in the Congress, due to which he became the central leader. Became a minister and party general secretary.”
