A new government has been formed in Delhi. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and his cabinet were sworn in at Ramlila Maidan on Thursday. The Lt. Governor Vinay Saxena administered the oath of office and secrecy to the Chief Minister and all ministers. The Chief Minister is the only woman in the total seven -member new cabinet, including the Chief Minister.
