Cyclone Fengal Live: Fengal may hit the coast near Puducherry today, rain in Tamil Nadu and high waves in the sea

Cyclonic storm Fengal is expected to make landfall in Puducherry by this evening. However, even before this the weather has started changing due to the effect of Fangal.
