There has been an uproar in the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation House meeting over the issue of Anil Masih. There was even a scuffle. BJP councilors pushed Congress councilor Gurpreet Singh Gabi.

In fact, Aam Aadmi Party and Congress were continuously waving posters of Anil Masih calling him a vote thief and slogans were being raised in this regard. On this suddenly Anil Masih came into the well of the corporation and started saying that many Congress leaders, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi are on bail. After this, leaders of Congress and Aam Aadmi Party also came to him and started waving the poster of Christ again.

BJP councilors tried to snatch the poster, following which a scuffle broke out. The matter escalated so much that an argument took place between Congress councilor Gurpreet Singh and Senior Deputy Mayor Kuljeet Singh Sandhu. Gurpreet Singh alleged that the BJP councilor tried to snatch the poster from his hand.

As soon as the meeting started, Congress appealed to BJP to make demands on the issue of Dr. Ambedkar. AAP and Congress councilors protested against the BJP government regarding the privatization of the electricity board.
