Shano Devi was declared dead in the hospital while Raghu later succumbed. Post mortem of dead bodies will be done. The police have registered the case. According to SSP Udhampur Amod Ashok Nagpure, the police has started investigating the cause of fatal accident keeping in mind the situation.
