Chennai: Telugu star Vishnu Manchu met the team of his most awaited film ‘Kannappa’ on Tuesday with Peethadhishwar Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham. During this, Bageshwar Dham Sarkar blessed the team of ‘Kannappa’ for the success of the upcoming film.
The team, who reached the meeting with Dhirendra Shastri, also included director Mukesh Kumar Singh along with actor Vishnu Manchu and the film’s villain Arpit Ranka. The film’s team spoke in detail about the greatness of the devotee Kannappa with Dhirendra Shastri and also showed the glimpses of the film. At the same time, Peethadhishwar of Bageshwar Dham appreciated the vision of the team and praised him for his efforts to bring out Indian culture and ancient stories through cinema and said that such films must be made and they should also reach people.
Bageshwar Baba emphasized that when there is so much depth and beauty in Indian mythology, there is no need to copy Western stories. He praised South Indian cinema running on traditions and also described the excitement to watch it on the completion of the film ‘Kannappa’. Vishnu Dwadash, who is involved in the promotion of the film, has seen 6 of the Jyotirlinga, including Kedarnath in Uttarakhand, Mahakaleshwar in Madhya Pradesh and Omkareshwar, Somnath in Gujarat and Trimbakeshwar in Nageshwar, Maharashtra.
The director of ‘Kannappa’ is Mukesh Kumar Singh and the construction has been constructed by Mohan Babu under the banner AVA Entertainment in collaboration with 24 frames factory. In the film, Akshay Kumar, Kajal Aggarwal along with Vishnu Manchu, Mohan Babu, R.K. Sarathkumar, Arpit Ranka, Kaushal Manda, Rahul Madhav, Devraj, Mukesh Rishi, Brahmanandam, Raghu Babu, Preeti Mukhundhan, Madhu, Mohanlal, Prabhas will appear in important roles. ‘Kannappa’ is Akshay Kumar’s first Telugu film. ‘Kannappa’ has been shot in many parts of the country as well as in New Zealand.
