New Delhi. Apple fans are eagerly waiting for the next iPhone SE and iPad models and a recent update suggests that the wait may be longer than expected. However, earlier it was being speculated that it could be launched in January 2025. But Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has revealed that iPhone SE 4 and iPad 11 are likely to be launched by April 2025.
Even before this, Apple has been launching all its iPhone SE models in March or April only. Therefore, the news of its arrival in January may be rumours. Along with this, it is also being said that iPhone SE 4 will henceforth be named iPhone 16E. If this happens then this will be a new trend for the SE lineup.

Possible price of iPhone SE 4 in India
Talking about the price, there will be a slight increase in the price of iPhone SE 4 this time. According to the report from South Korea, the price of the new model can be KRW 8,00,000. Its price globally can be $500. SE 3 was launched for $429. The price of iPhone SE 4 in India can be around Rs 50,000. That means compared to iPhone SE 3, its price has increased by Rs 7,000.
Possible specs of iPhone SE 4
It is expected that Apple will make many changes in the design with iPhone SE 4. Unlike the SE 3, which had an iPhone 8-like design, the SE 4 could be like the iPhone 14, with a 6.1-inch OLED display, notch, and Face ID. This would be a big upgrade over the SE 3’s smaller 4.7-inch LCD screen with Touch ID.
Under the hood, the iPhone SE 4 is expected to use Apple’s A18 chip. The same processor has been used in this phone which is used in the iPhone 16 series. It may have double the 8GB RAM as the SE 3. It is expected to have a 48MP camera. Additionally, the iPhone SE 4 is expected to include a USB-C charging port and 5G connectivity, powered by Apple’s in-house 5G modem instead of Qualcomm’s chips.
