After the encounter of three pro-Khalistan terrorists in Pilibhit, the police and intelligence personnel have been alerted in view of the threat of Sikh for Justice Organization Chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannu to target the Mahakumbh. SSP has increased surveillance by installing barriers at ten places in the areas connected to Uttarakhand and Pilibhit border. Intensive checking will be done here between January 13 and February 28.
