Parthiv body taken home from hospital
The body of the veteran actor was taken from Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in Mumbai to his residence.

The funeral will take place at around 11 am
Filmmaker Ashok Pandit said, “At around 9:30 am today we will take Manoj ji’s body from Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in Mumbai to his residence, where the funeral and prayer will be done. After an hour we will go from his house to the crematorium at the crematorium near Pawan House. The whole (film) industry is in deep shock and mourning.”

Actress Saira Bano paid a humble tribute to veteran actor Manoj Kumar and shared a emotional note on her official Instagram. In this note, he remembered the experiences of his first film ‘Shaadi’ with the actor. He described working with Manoj Kumar as special. Saira Bano said that she was very shy at that time and during the romantic scene Manoj Kumar used to go out of the set to feel her comfortable. Apart from this, he also mentioned the deep friendship between Manoj Kumar and Dilip Kumar, in which the two cooked and used to cook and lion-o-shayari.
