After seeing so many coins, the judge asked him to pay the maintenance allowance in notes, after which the man deposited the money in notes. Instructions have been given to deposit the remaining Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand also soon.

Actually, a 37-year-old man from Coimbatore is a call taxi owner and driver. A divorce case was going on with his wife for the last one year. The court had ordered him to pay alimony of Rs 2 lakh to his wife in this case. After this the person collected coins worth Rs 80 thousand and filled them in 20 bags and reached the court. All these coins were of 1 and 2 rupees. Even the court was surprised to see so many coins.

Deposited 80 thousand in notes on court order

Seeing so many coins, the court refused to accept them and directed the person to deposit notes worth Rs 80 thousand. After this the person deposited Rs 80 thousand notes. He has been instructed to deposit the remaining Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand as soon as possible.
