During Coldplay’s final performance at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia, singer Chris Martin had a narrow escape when he fell down a trapdoor on the stage. This shocking incident happened on Sunday which was captured in the cameras of the crowd present there and is now going viral on social media. The people standing on the stage took care and the accident was averted.
As soon as Chris Martin fell down from the trapdoor, the audience was shocked, but the people of the organizing team deployed in the trapdoor support Martin and he comes back on stage. Then he addresses the crowd of fans and says, “This was not pre-planned. Thank you very much for catching me. Thank you guys, it was a YouTube moment.

The video instantly went viral on social media and has been viewed more than 40,000 times so far, and many users have also commented on the post. One user wrote…, “Looks like he fell backwards into the crew pit – I don’t see any trap door.” Another user wrote… Watch where you’re going Chris! ” To which Briggs replied, “He opened a trap door so another singer could come in to sing with him and he went in the back.”
