New Delhi/Patna. Bihar’s Swar Kokila and famous folk singer Sharda Sinha, synonymous with Chhath song, has been kept in the personal ward of Delhi. Earlier he was undergoing treatment in the ICU of Delhi AIIMS. At present he has been kept in isolation. His son Anshuman Sinha said that there has been slight improvement in his health. She is still not able to stand properly. However, there is no special problem in identification. Anshuman told that Bihar government had talked about financial help, but till now not a single penny has been received. He says that an official of Bihar Bhawan, Delhi had once come to inquire about the well being of Sharda Sinha. The rest of the conversation takes place over the phone only.
According to the information, the condition of Padmabhushan Sharda Sinha remains critical. He is undergoing continuous treatment in Delhi AIIMS. Folk singer’s son Anshuman Sinha told that the treatment is going on for the last 13 days. Also said that assurance of financial assistance was given by Bihar government. However, the money has not been received yet. Seeing the condition of Sharda Sinha, the worries of the family have also started increasing. Sharda Sinha’s son Anshuman Sinha told that earlier he was admitted to ILBS, but when the situation did not improve, he was admitted to Delhi AIIMS. At present, treatment is going on in AIIMS for almost two weeks. Anshuman further said that Rs 6 to 7 lakh had been spent in ILBS hospital and Rs 5 to 6 lakh had been spent so far in AIIMS. Anshuman said that the Bihar government had promised to provide financial assistance, but no money has been received yet. He told that the effect of heavy dose of medicine is also being seen.
