There is a firecracker shop by the name of Paras Fireworks in Sultan Bazaar area of Hyderabad. Suddenly a fire broke out in this shop and all the firecrackers started bursting one after the other. Suddenly, after hearing the loud sound of firecrackers, there was a stir in the area and the customers inside the shop started running here and there. During this time a woman also got injured. The video of this entire incident has also surfaced.
The fire was so severe that a restaurant and several cars also got affected. Due to the fire, a restaurant and 7-9 cars were gutted.
Police statement came out
ACP Sultan Bazar K Shankar says, ‘The fire was brought under control around 10.30-10.45 pm. A restaurant has been completely burnt. 7-8 cars have been burnt. A woman has suffered minor injuries. The name of the firecracker shop is Paras Fireworks. The shop does not have any certificate. This was an illegal shop. We will take action against them. A fire broke out in the restaurant and it affected the surrounding areas as well. The fire has gone out. Had this been a residential area, there could have been more damage.
According to the information received, this incident took place in Boggulkunta near Abids. This was a wholesale firecracker shop. There has been a lot of damage to the surrounding areas due to the fire. Two fire engines reached the spot and started the work of controlling the fire. There was also a danger of it spreading to the surrounding areas.
