Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor has started her first film as a heroine. The name of this film is ‘Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyan’. In the film, Shanaya will be seen flirting with Bollywood star Vikrant Massey. The shooting of Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyan started in Mumbai on Sunday. The film will be based on writer Ruskin Bond’s popular short story ‘The Eyes Have It’. This film will be based on musical background. The story of ‘The Eyes Have It’ is about love, freedom, memories and faith.
Shanaya Kapoor will flirt with Vikrant
Santosh Singh and Vikrant are going to work together once again in ‘Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyan’. Earlier both of them had worked in the hit series Broken But Beautiful S1. Singh said, ‘It is always good to work with young talent. Shanaya will bring that freshness to this film. His acting journey is also starting from this film. Vikrant Massey said that ‘the character of lover boy is an exciting challenge for him. Mansi has trusted me for the romantic lead. I will always be grateful to Mansi and Varun. It will be a creative satisfaction to work with Santosh Singh again. Let us tell you, before Shanaya, the makers were thinking of other Bollywood actresses like Tara Sutaria, Alaya F and Pratibha Ranta for the lead role in this film.
But Shanaya seemed perfect for this role. She too was waiting for her Bollywood debut for a long time. However, before this she was in the news for Karan Johar-Shashank Khaitan’s urban triangle film Bedhadak. Also there was news that she will debut with Hotstar’s series Student and The Year.
